Prospera Buildtech is a Design + Project Delivery company headquartered in India. We were founded on the conviction that beautiful design is necessary, but on its own, insufficient. The promise is the handover.

For too long, clients have paid for design and then paid again — in delays, in rework, in materials wasted. Our mission is to reverse that equation. The fee we charge for design and project management should generate measurable savings in time, materials and labour that exceed the cost of our involvement.
We do this through optimised planning, modular execution, intelligent procurement, professional supervision and the disciplined application of technology.

The first 70% of any project is exciting — meetings, mood-boards, renderings. The last 30% is where everything is won or lost. Materials arrive late. Workmanship slips. The contractor and the designer stop speaking. The client quietly loses faith.
Prospera exists to make that final 30% look exactly like the first 70% promised it would. That is the entire job.
